We've Mastered Dinner
Children's TLC is pleased to announce... We've Mastered Dinner! Save the date for Sunday, October 24, 2010 starting at 6:00 PM. Executive Chef and 2010 Top Chef Masters Contestant Debbie Gold will be offering an exclusive 5 course dinner with wine pairings at The American Restaurant. Tickets are $150 and will be limited to the first 120 reservations. You can RSVP at tjones@childrenstlc.org to reserve your seat early. We are now open every first Friday of the month!

Highlights from the menu include: Mussels with wheat beer, lemongrass and fried fingerling potato skins, Pork Belly and Cheese Sandwich with beer braised pork belly, pecorino, gruyere and fresh mozzarella sauce ravigote, Campo Lindo Chicken Fricassee with housemade pasta. Finish your meal with Debbie's famous Lemon Meringue "Pie" and candied kumquats with Pastry Chef Nick Wesemann's creative twist.
